I've become intrigued with how descriptive movie ratings have become. It's nice that they've become that why but some of them make me wonder...
1. Charly and the Chocolate Factory
-Rated PG for quirky situations, action and mild language.
2. Lord of the Rings
-Rated PG-13 for intense epic battle sequences and frightening images.
3. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
-Rated PG-13 for sequences of fantasy violence and frightening images.
4. Star Wars: The Clone Wars
-Rated PG for sci-fi action violence throughout, brief language and momentary smoking.
5. Shrek the Third
-Rated PG for some crude humor, suggestive content and swashbuckling action.
I'm glad to know that if I'm against swashbuckling action or quirky situations, I can find out from the movie's rating.
